Saunders Construction Heads Up Multi-Million Project at Denver Seminary

Denver Seminary and Saunders Construction

Back in 2005 the Denver Seminary, a multi-denominational, evangelical seminary serving men and women world-wide, had outgrown their existing facility in Englewood.

Saunders Construction was hired to construct a new, 100,000 sf educational family on an 8-acre campus. The campus includes classrooms, administration offices, student center, counseling center and chapel. The new library is the third-largest religious library in the world.

The Seminary has outgrown their new space and has called upon Saunders to head up a new Multi-million dollar project. The project will rebuild and expand the student center, which is a welcome change for Seminary students.  Two classrooms are also being constructed to handle stadium seating and video-cast capabilities.
