The Denver Broncos might usually be the talk of the town but it’s when the other sports teams make runs in the playoffs that things really get exciting. Don’t look now but the Nuggets are banging on the playoff door mighty hard while the Colorado Avalanche are in.
With a win Wednesday over the Timberwolves the Nuggets playoff spot is secure. With a loss their only chance to back in would be two losses by the Pelicans. Bottom line: The Nuggets are hot right now.
