Denver’s 2012 Movies in the Park Series has something for everyone. Bring the family or plan a night out with friends to see some of the brightest stars, both on the screen and in the sky, at one of the Denver’s Movies in the Parks.
Entering the series’ seventh year, Denver Parks and Recreation will host, along with our partners and sponsors, 16 free movies in parks across the city. These G-, PG- and PG -13 rated films start at dusk with plenty of pre-movie opportunities to play and enjoy dinner.
In partnership with Outdoor Cinema Network, all movies will be shown in Blu-ray format on inflatable screens over 24-feet wide and with a high-quality sound system. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or low-seating lawn chairs to enhance their viewing experience. Picnics are welcome; food will also be available on-site.
